Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
Our industrial-grade reverse osmosis systems are engineered to deliver high-purity water solutions across various applications. Utilizing advanced membrane technology, these systems effectively remove up to 99% of dissolved salts, particles, and contaminants, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
System Overview
A reverse osmosis system, also known as reverse osmosis pure water equipment, comprises a single group of RO membranes and sand tanks. The process involves the raw water pump pressurizing the raw water through a quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, and precision filter. Subsequently, the high-pressure pump forces the water through a reverse osmosis membrane with an aperture of 1/10000 μm (equivalent to 1/6000 the size of E. coli and 1/300 the size of a virus), effectively removing impurities. The purified water is then supplied directly to the production water point for use.
